Browsing this website

The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Our host, Vercel, keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.

Joining the waitlist

When you join, we keep your email address, your agency’s name if you give it, and when you joined. We use them only to tell you when you can try Lumly, and to reply if you write to us. We never sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Your details are kept by Cloudflare, in a database held in the European Union, and Cloudflare emails us each time someone joins. We don’t keep your IP address or anything about your browser.

Emailing us

If you email us, we keep your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write, so that we can reply. Our email is delivered by Cloudflare and kept by our email provider.

Why we may use your details

We rely on your consent, which you give by joining or writing to us. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we’ll remove you.

How long we keep them

Until you ask us to remove them, and no longer than 12 months after Lumly opens to agencies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
